gwas - A User-Friendly Software Tool for Population Stratification Adjustment in Genome-Wide Association Studies

This is a web-based tool for population stratification adjustment in genome-wide association studies. You can choose calculating principal components by providing a cleaned and pruned Plink ped/raw file, drawing plots or calculating strata scores by providing the output of calculating principal components.

Principal Components Output File Name (You need to privide the output file name of the principal components which is associated with your data.)
Number of Components (Plots among these components will be drawn.)
Email (Results will be emailed to you when the job is done if you provide an email. Use "," or ";" to separate multiple email addresses. Note: the first Email must be same as the one you provided when you calculated PC.)
